Return and Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 10 days from the date of delivery. If 10 days have passed since your order delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a store credit equivalent to the product price will be automatically applied to your store account within 5-6 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your store account again. Refunds typically take 5-6 working days. If you still haven't received it, please contact us at [email].

Sale Items (if applicable):

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at [email].

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about your return.

Order Cancellation:

Poornima E-Shop may not be able to cancel orders once placed or already shipped or in transit.

Product Checks Before Refund:

To ensure a successful refund, products returned must pass internal checks, including:

Shipping:

To return your product, mail or courier it to Poornima at: Villa B2, Sreevatsa Gardens, Thudiyalur Post, Coimbatore 641034, Tamil Nadu, India.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Important Notes for Shipping:

If the returned item is valued over INR 500.00, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
